That’s right, a special note to you. Don’t bother clicking the link, because, as you may have already seen, nothing of any significance will show up on my blog. Here’s what’s up:
I’m re-doing my blog and expanding it to a website. I’ll write a more detailed post once the site is live, but after much prayer and deliberation, I’ve realized my passion is in web design, and I am going to be pursuing a career in it. So I’m working on populating a portfolio and building a venue to host it, at elucidblue.com.
My personal blog will then be moved to elucidblue.com/blog (and will NOT be directly accessible from my web webpage). This means a few things, all good for you:
First, all my blathering about design, technology, and the like will be channeled to the main homepage, leaving my personal blog only for stuff that is just that: personal. My blog is going to be a lower priority than my main page, but it will be a priority, and I hope to delve into my various musings and faith ventures there.
Second, my RSS feeds are going to change. I hope to split them into various categories, so you can subscribe to just my personal writings, or my thoughts on design, or both. I would suggest you cancel this subscription—but it will continue to function, transmitting everything from both, so that’s entirely your call. (As an aside—I’ll be posting all sorts of stuff in the coming week or two, just to populate things a bit before the site goes live. If you’re into web design at all, enjoy the sneak peek.)
